This policy covers Ashfire Keep for Android, distributed through Google Play (package identifier com.khimeagames.ashfirekeep). The PC version distributed through Steam is covered by a separate policy, available at khimeagames.com/privacy.
1. Who we are
Ashfire Keep is developed and published by Leonardo Jerez, operating under the trade name Khimea Games. For privacy inquiries, contact privacy@khimeagames.com. For general support, support@khimeagames.com.
2. What data the app collects
None. The Android version of Ashfire Keep does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically, the app:
- Does not require creating an account or signing in.
- Does not connect to the internet — the Android manifest was verified with no declared permissions at all, including the internet access permission.
- Does not send information to developer servers. We do not operate servers for this game.
- Does not use the Android advertising identifier or any other tracking identifier.
- Does not include any third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs.
- Does not include in-app purchases or any billing SDK.
- Does not access contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, files, or calendar.
Ashfire Keep for Android is sold as a one-time purchase on Google Play. That transaction is processed entirely by Google; the developer never receives, sees, or stores the buyer's payment data.
3. Local storage
Game progress, settings, and unlocks are stored exclusively in the device's local storage. That information never leaves the device, and the developer has no access to it. Players can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data from Android settings or uninstalling the game.
4. Android permissions
Ashfire Keep requests no system permissions. The app's manifest was verified with no uses-permission entries at all, including the absence of the INTERNET permission.
5. Data processed by the platform
Google Play and the Android operating system may collect and process technical data on their own — install statistics, performance metrics, platform-level crash reports — independently of the game and under their own policies. This policy describes only Ashfire Keep's own behavior as an app. For what the platform itself does, see Google's privacy policy.
6. Children's privacy
Ashfire Keep is not directed specifically at children and does not collect personal data from any user, including children.
7. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the game adds functionality that changes this behavior — for example online features, analytics, or in-app purchases — this policy will be updated before that change reaches users, and the update date at the top of this page will reflect it.
